In short, what is this site about?

This site provides a tracking of the composition of nucleotides in SARS-CoV-2 strains.

Click on the plots in the sidebar and you will see the composition changes along the time. The composition of mono-, di-, and tri-nucleotide are shown. We used the gene annotation of the WIV04 strain. All new strains are aligned against WIV04.

The SARS-CoV-2 starins are retrieved from the GISAID platform. While we keep adding in more strains, a full list of references will be provided per the time you have requested. Please send your request to rbluo@cs.hku.hk.
